" Width well worked - I really like the style of these sandals. The footbed is soft and forgiving, despite the lack of arch support. They do not enlarge my already wide feet and the adjustable strap is a nice thought. However, the metal ring digs into my feet when I step in them immediately, so they have to go back. Nice try Wolky.

" Hello, I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from Zappos in the past and have always been pleased with your service. I was always surprised with how quickly the packages came though I was never in a particular rush to receive them. I'm writing to tell you that I placed an order with another online retailer on the 9th and had to call to request express shipping. However, I was told that it was unavailable and that my package would not arrive by the time I needed it. I asked to cancel the order and customer service said that it probably wouldn't be a problem because it hadn't shipped yet. They informed me that I would receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation, if it hadn't been too far along in the process. Though it hadn't shipped yet, I suppose it was "too far along" because I never received an e-mail. Remembering the prompt service I had gotten in the past, I quickly ordered a different pair of shoes. A few hours later, I got an e-mail saying that they had shipped. Thank you so much for your great service.
