" Pretty good after you pull the laces - I have this habit of putting shoes straight out of the box without making sure the laces are tied properly. The first day I wore this shoe I could hardly walk because the part where the sole meets the shoe was stiff, after tying the laces firmer that completely went away. Overall these shoes are comfortable and look great.

" We placed an order with Zappos.com for the first time yesterday. My middle school son wanted a skateboarding shoe with fun colors. On your web site, we discovered many, many choices and made our selection. Our order was time stamped at 2:36 pm MST. To our utter astonishment and disbelief, our doorbell rang before we knew it with the shoe delivery! SO QUICK! We would have been very satisfied with a week to 10 days delivery. Therefore, our expectations were greatly exceeded. Further, I called your toll-free phone number to register our compliment, and the customer service women I spoke with in Nevada was well spoken, polite and personable.
