" Great shoe, great service - These boat shoes are very comfortable, are softer and have more cushioning along the sole compared to other boat shoes I've had before. I must also add that Zappos service is superb. I placed my order yesterday at 4pm, by 11pm I got an email that it was shipped, and at 1:30 pm the next day UPS delivered the package. Since 2004, I have never bought shoes anywhere online but Zappos, I recommend it to everyone.

" We would just like to say that you have the best website ever. You also have great customer service. My sister and I are on your site daily looking for great shoes. My sister bought some shoes from you about a year ago and they didn't fit and she sent them back with no problem. Ever since then we have been hooked!! The service that we both have received is so great. We have our boyfriends shopping on your site now. Hahahaahahahaha We will be online again on our lunch break.
