" Dear Zappos people, I just had the best on line shopping experience of my life. I received two pairs of shoes just in two days; they were too loose on me. Only a quick phone call, very helping person came on line without putting me through voice mail maze. In two minutes or less I was taken care of. Two new pairs were delivered to my home in two days. A return mail UPS label will be mailed to my home in a few days. UPS will pick it up from my home. Why would I ever go to mall for shoes? I commend the management for having such a high standard of quality service.

" Hello, I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from Zappos in the past and have always been pleased with your service. I was always surprised with how quickly the packages came though I was never in a particular rush to receive them. I'm writing to tell you that I placed an order with another online retailer on the 9th and had to call to request express shipping. However, I was told that it was unavailable and that my package would not arrive by the time I needed it. I asked to cancel the order and customer service said that it probably wouldn't be a problem because it hadn't shipped yet. They informed me that I would receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation, if it hadn't been too far along in the process. Though it hadn't shipped yet, I suppose it was "too far along" because I never received an e-mail. Remembering the prompt service I had gotten in the past, I quickly ordered a different pair of shoes. A few hours later, I got an e-mail saying that they had shipped.
