" Totally cute and sassy! I am a huge Circa Joan & David fan...and this is the first time I have ever had to order a half size DOWN! It was definitely a full half size too large. I wasn't sure if I would like the buckle, I was worried that it might be cheesy...it is perfect! You will like these. I ordered the Dark Red and it's a beautiful color of red.

" Thank you so much. When I receive the size 10 shoes, I will return them to you promptly. Don't know how I managed to order the wrong size. But I have ordered from Zappos a number of times now, and only once have I felt the need to return an item. I have been thoroughly delighted with the service and the quality of the merchandise.
