" Hugo Boss Altea shoes - These shoes are so beautiful in person and on the foot...they are not comfortable (I am a perfect size 9) and I have had a hard time having them stretched BUT I do not care, the quality is amazing and definitely worth the price...I have been wearing them at home with socks to try and stretch the front a bit. They are FABULOUS and the service provided by Zappos is amazing!

" I don't have a question, I just have a comment. I needed to make two customer service phone calls today. I had to call Zappos and my residential phone carrier. I received such poor service from my phone carrier that it put me in a terrible mood and left me frustrated with customer service in general... until I called Zappos. As I always do, I received such outstanding customer service from Zappos that I actually hung up the phone smiling. I just wanted to say thank you.
