" Good looking boot - When I opened the box for these boots I was very impressed. This boot is very handsome; the shape, the styling, it doesn't even compare to any other boot on the market - I love it all around! The color reminds me of a WWII airmen's jacket, it adds a very nice touch to these boots, almost vintage. You will look sharp in these shoes, trust me. I'm disappointed in the size though. I always buy a size 12 in any shoe and never had a problem until now. I'm returning them for a size 13.

" I have to write to express how wonderful you are. I just ordered my 5th pair of your shoes (in the last few months... I only shop online and 'Zappos.com' is the best of all. The shoes are ALWAYS great and just what I was expecting, the service (shipping) is exceptional. I tell everyone that uses the net for shopping to go to 'Zappos.com'...I've even told an information operator and a person at one of your 'rival' companies about you...(we weren't being taped!) If you decide to do an infomercial with 'Zappos'...I'm your girl (or should I say 60 yr old (good looking) woman!!) Keep up the good work!!
