No double pads - The pad was on the left shoe, I was not aware of this, I need the pad on both or at least the right shoe. Other than that, looks like an ok shoe.

" You guys are so awesome...please forward this to your boss! EVERY single person I talked to you was superb...even though my shoes didn't work out, you were so darn nice about it all...that I will pass on your name and definitely try again. I'm a shoe-a-holic...so it shouldn't be difficult. I'm so glad that CUSTOMER SERVICE is still a very real commodity that some businesses chose to use in today's fast, on-line society. Thanks
