" Good shoe - could use more lateral support - I really liked
this shoe - the fit was snug but had no tight spots, the toe box had
plenty of room which is necessary for ultra marathons, the heel had
little slippage, and for a light shoe the support was better than
expected. However, the lateral support was lacking and if you run trails
with lots of roots, rocks, etc. then you might consider something with
more stability. I have very high arches and rigid feet and the
cushioning was ample for me, but I rolled off the outside of the shoe
easily on any uneven surface, especially roots and rocks. I'd recommend
them for less technical trails, but not for anything too technical.
